Weekly Hydrospeed Course

The programme is directed to teach the technique of descent and safety. With introduction at the river rescue, conduction with a Bob in white waters, use of safety rope, swim in the white waters, the Eskimo technique.
Moreover one evening Barbecue at our centre where before to enjoy it will does Shaking with the all participants. Thursday we also meet again to drink together at the bar. In substance one week plenty of emotions.
At the end of the course our greetings and an Extreme Waves gadget.
